• How often are my rakeback stats updated on rakeNEXT?

We strive to offer you rakeback stats updated on a daily basis. However there will be some exceptions for some poker rooms where you will get the stats updated on a monthly basis. Delays in updates may occur and are usually out of our control.

• Can I still get bonuses at a poker room if I receive rakeback?

Yes! You will still be able to receive bonuses offered by the poker room or take part at any of their promotions.

• When are rake back payments made?

The payments are made the usually during the second week of a month for the previous month rake. There are times when the rakeback payments are made even after the 15th of a month, but this is due to the selected poker room payment schedule.

Note: You must have a rake back balance of $20 or more from the previous month in order to receive your rake back payment. If you are owed less than that, it will be carried over to the following month and will paid once your total has reached $20.
